BIO
Alison Mobley got her start in comedy interning for Ivan Reitman (Ghostbusters, Animal House) in 2005. After college, she worked for a TV Lit agent at the William Morris Agency then went on to work at FOX in development and marketing on break-out comedies Glee, New Girl, Mindy Project and Bob's Burgers.
Later she joined Will Ferrell’s production company Funny Or Die and Executive Produced Funny Or Die TV for IFC and was a digital producer on the Emmy-nominated webseries
The Earliest Show featuring Ben Schwartz & Lauren Lapkus and the critically acclaimed
Rose Parade Live with Cord & Tish starring Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon in 2018 & 2019.
She also Directed a TikTok series “Websplaining” while at Funny Or Die.
She worked on digital content for Hank Azaria (Brockmire, Simpsons) and produced the marketing shoot for Netflix's The Kissing Booth 2.
BRAND WORK
Alison is known for her extensive background creating content for brands including: FOX, Chrysler, Netflix, Fox Sports 1, Lean In, HBO, Starz, Gushers, 7-Eleven, Carl's Jr, The Democratic National Convention, STARZ, Cap'n Crunch, and many more.
EDUCATION
During her time as an advanced student at The Upright Citizen's Brigade, Alison studied improv comedy under D'Arcy Carden (The Good Place) and comedy directing under
Lucia Aniello (Hacks, Broad City), among others.
COMPETITIONS
Her work has been featured at various comedy festivals and industry competitions: Funny Women's Festival, LA Scripted Comedy Festival, Screencraft TV Pilot Launch Competition and the Elevator Pitch Competition with the Fox Broadcasting Company.
